**An updated note first: As per July 2026 we are no longer certified organic due to a non organic incident happening in our production area. This means we are back into a transitional period where organic practices and standards are applied but can not be labelled organic.
HillsideGarden is a small scale Market Garden and Farm, located along the Fraser River between the towns of Williams Lake and Quesnel in the beautiful and wild Chilcotin Cariboo Region.
We grow a broad variety of vegetables and some flowers on a 1 1/2 acre garden that is worked according to the organic standards, no till and with a focus on soil health and regeneration. This includes that we almost exclusively work the garden by hand with handtools on permanent beds which are planted often several times throughout the season. It increases the overall yield but also provides cover for the soil and feeds its organisms that work for us.
